1.0.1
ffmpeg now comes inside the app, so there is nothing else to install, and the source code is open under the AGPL.
Nothing else to install
Section titled “Nothing else to install”Ampliflare Audio now brings its own copy of ffmpeg, which it uses to read and write audio. You no longer need Homebrew, winget or a package manager before the first file. Download the app, open it and drop in a recording.
If you installed ffmpeg only for Ampliflare Audio, you can remove it.
Open source
Section titled “Open source”The source code is now public on GitHub, under the GNU AGPL. Anyone can build it and use their build for anything, work included. The app you download here works as before: free for personal use, and a license for commercial use.
Also new

- On Linux, one command installs the app. See Linux install.
